Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and postal services.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that processing or shipping delays may occur due to supplier handling times, customs inspections, or carrier issues.
We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, customs, or any factors beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or reshipment.
Refunds or replacements are only available if an item is lost (no tracking update for 30+ days) or arrives damaged.
Refunds are not available for orders still in transit, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
Once your order has entered processing or production, cancellations are no longer possible.
